Just want to get the job done, and have a clear view, don't worry!

With a standard package we will..

Utilize a professional grade soap, coupled with de-ionized water to really loosen up all of that dirt

We will give the windows a thorough scrub down, by hand.

We will squeegee the glass dry, and check for mistakes

We will now use a microfiber cloth to detail the edges of the glass, as well as dry up any residual water on the sills.

Finally we will take a step back and approve our work!

Classic
Want a bit-more of an in depth clean don't fear the classic package will certainly do!

With a classic package we will..

Remove all screens from windows (unless told otherwise)​

Hand scrub screens on both sides

rinse off screens with water

Utilize a professional grade soap, coupled with de-ionized water to really loosen up all of that dirt

We will give the windows a thorough scrub down both inside and out, by hand.

We will squeegee the glass dry, and check for mistakes

We will now use a microfiber cloth to detail the edges of the glass, as well as dry up any residual water on the sills.

Lastly we will swiftly and gently replace the now cleaned screens

Premium
Need everything done, have debris blocking your windows, or screens, don't worry we can help.

With a Premium Package we will..

Remove all screens from windows (unless told otherwise)​

raise the windows and give a quick brush and wipe to all the tracks

We will give the windows a thorough scrub down, both inside and out by hand.

We will now use a microfiber cloth to detail the edges of the glass, as well as dry up any residual water on the sills.

Now we will use solution-soaked rags and wipe the frames, and sills clean

Lastly we will swiftly and gently replace the now cleaned screens

Pricing disclaimer
What do we mean by pane?
Our standard price is $2 per pane, what do we mean by that? A pane is an individual piece of glass, think the top and bottom of a standard window, that is two panes because they are two separate pieces of glass.
Service disclaimer
This bid includes regular cleaning practices, unless otherwise talked about, which doesn't include hard water removal, razor usage, screen repair, construction cleaning or having to move furniture to be able to clean interior windows. We do offer these services, but they may require an extra charge and in some cases a waiver to be signed. If you think any of these extenuating circumstances might be an issue on your project, let us know and we'd be happy to meet your needs! If you opt for us to remove the screens, We cannot be responsible for any damage while removing them. Older screens, large screens, and screens that haven't been removed in years are more fragile. Even with being careful and experienced, there can be risk. This also applies to the tabs being brittle and breaking and the screen becoming loose on the frame, etc. This also applies to blinds, shutters and furniture moving. We can not be responsible for damage. It is never our intent to be anything less than careful but sometimes things are less than perfect and we make it worse. For Example , we may raise blinds that haven't had the strings pulled in years and they break. Maybe we have to move furniture and the floor gets scratched, or a nic nac on the ledge falls and breaks, a furniture leg was half broken and we made it worse, Shutter or alarm magnets fall off from being fragile. If you have a concern, please move, lift, and scoot stuff free from the window. We are happy to carefully do it ourselves (within reason) just need to be clear that stuff happens and we can not be responsible for anything but the glass we are cleaning. For a more in depth price break down please contact us via email and we will happily forward all of our prices and a thorough breakdown of what to expect. In addition some windows may be far dirtier than normal, or an abnormal height or position, all of which will be factored in and discussed explicitly with you upon an in-person quote.
